What is Tree Play?

Besides being a company that prunes, preserves, and cares for trees, Tree Play provides events for people of all ages who love to climb trees. It is done safely with an arborist who is an expert tree-climber, so that anyone who wants to can see the world from the top of a tree!  Safety harnesses and ropes are used and all equipment is thoroughly checked before and after each use. Tree Play sets up climbing scenarios that vary from very easy to as physically challenging as the customer wants.

Why Climb a Tree?

It is great exercise! Climbing a tree is a wonderful way to work out your legs, arms and spine.

A tree is a living thing - a part of nature that provides the air we breathe. To climb and play in one is like hanging out with a friend.

Trees are easy to find. They are in fields, parks, yards, so you can  usually find a tree worth climbing.

Climbing the Tree Play way is safe. When a climber follows the directions a safe climb is inevitable.

It is FUN! Well, for sure, it is never boring and gives one a great sense of accomplishment.

You can climb a tree year-round. In summer there is a canopy to shade you and in winter, there is nothing to keep you from the warm sunlight.
